Essendis.com Website Redesign
Challenge:
The existing Essendis website consisted of a homepage and an about page. Essendis needed help developing a content strategy, an updated sitemap and design, and all new content for the new site. The content needed to cover complex cybersecurity and cloud computing topics and services.
Our Approach:
- Identified the site’s target audiences, their needs & questions and how I could address those needs through new content while adhering to Essendis’ voice, vision and business objectives.
- Branded and communicated about Essendis’ services.
- Conducted extensive research into various aspects of cybersecurity and cloud-based technology and services, including interviews and input sessions with the Essendis owners and keyword and search research for SEO.
- Collaborated with the web designer/developer and owners to execute content and vision for the new site.
Solution:
- New, expanded website to align with Essendis’ growing company and brand/image.
- Fifteen new pages of content, which branded the company into two distinct service categories with a variety of associated services under each area.
- Communicate and establish Essendis’ industry expertise
- Address common pain points, needs and challenges of the various target audiences and communicate how Essendis can address those issues.
- Include keywords and key phrases to improve SEO.
- New branded look and feel with custom graphics and animations.
- Currently developing a blog strategy and case studies for phase II of the website.
